Copyright Policy
1. General Provisions
This Copyright Policy governs the use of copyrighted works and other intellectual property on the Ora Rooms platform, operated by «Ora Rooms» LLC (OraRooms LLC).
The Ora Rooms platform may contain text, photographs, images, graphic materials, logos, trademarks, software code, designs, user interface elements, databases, and other materials provided or published by either the Operator or users of the platform.
2. Ora Rooms Intellectual Property Rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the software, design, structure, interface, logo, name, trademarks, brand elements, texts, graphic materials, databases, and other materials created or provided by Ora Rooms are owned by Ora Rooms or are used on a lawful basis.
Without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder, it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, transmit to third parties, or otherwise use such materials, except where expressly permitted by the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
3. User-Generated Content
Users may upload photographs, accommodation descriptions, texts, and other materials to the platform where they own the relevant rights or have obtained lawful permission to use such materials.
By uploading or publishing any material on the platform, the user represents and warrants that:
they have the necessary rights or permissions to use the material;
the publication of the material does not infringe any copyright, trademark rights, image rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties;
the publication and use of the material do not violate the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
The user retains all copyright and other rights legally belonging to them in the content they upload.
At the same time, by uploading content to the platform, the user grants Ora Rooms a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content to the extent reasonably necessary for the operation, development, and promotion of the platform.
This license includes the right to store, reproduce, display, technically process, format, and publish the relevant content on the platform, in search results, in official marketing materials, and through other official Ora Rooms channels.
The granting of this license does not transfer ownership or copyright in the user-generated content to Ora Rooms.
4. Photographs and Images of Accommodation Properties
A user who uploads photographs or other images of an accommodation property is responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use such materials.
Providing a photograph or image for publication on the platform does not transfer ownership or copyright in that material to Ora Rooms.
The user nevertheless grants Ora Rooms the right to use such photographs and images for the following purposes:
displaying the accommodation property on the platform;
displaying the property in search results;
presenting the property to potential guests;
promoting Ora Rooms services;
advertising and marketing materials;
official Ora Rooms pages and communication channels.
Such use shall remain within the scope of the license granted by the user under this Policy.
5. Trademarks and Brand Identifiers
The name Ora Rooms, its logo, trademarks, brand elements, design, and other identifying elements of the Ora Rooms brand may not be used without the prior written permission of the Operator, except where such use is expressly permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, company names, and other identifying marks displayed on the platform remain the property of their respective rights holders.
6. Copyright Infringement Notice
If any person believes that material published on the Ora Rooms platform infringes their copyright or other exclusive intellectual property rights, they may submit a corresponding notice to the Operator.
Where reasonably possible, the notice should include:
the name and contact details of the claimant;
a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property allegedly infringed;
a precise description of the disputed material and a link to the relevant page where it is published;
a description of the alleged infringement;
information supporting the claimant's ownership or authorization to exercise the relevant rights;
a statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of the claimant's knowledge.
The notice may be submitted to the official legal or contact address of Ora Rooms published on the platform.
7. Review of Notices and Complaints
Upon receiving a substantiated notice, Ora Rooms may review the relevant material and, depending on the circumstances:
temporarily restrict its visibility;
request additional information from the user;
request evidence of the user's rights to the relevant material;
remove the material;
take other reasonable measures in accordance with applicable law.
The submission of a complaint does not automatically establish that an infringement has occurred. Each complaint is reviewed based on the information provided, the relevant circumstances, and the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
8. Repeat Infringements
Where a user repeatedly uploads or publishes materials that infringe the rights of third parties, Ora Rooms may restrict or terminate the user's ability to upload or publish such content.
Depending on the circumstances, Ora Rooms may also restrict or terminate the user's access to certain platform features or to the platform as a whole, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
9. Ora Rooms' Liability
Ora Rooms operates as the operator of an intermediary online platform and, unless expressly stated otherwise, is not the original author or rights holder of user-generated content.
Ora Rooms does not undertake to conduct a prior review of every item of content uploaded by users to determine whether the user possesses the necessary copyright or other rights of third parties.
However, upon receiving a substantiated notice of an alleged infringement, Ora Rooms may take reasonable measures concerning the relevant material within the scope of its authority and applicable law.
The user who uploaded or published the disputed material remains responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to use such material.
10. Governing Law
This Copyright Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Any matters not specifically addressed by this Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia, the Ora Rooms Terms of Use, and other applicable legal documents of the platform.

For copyright, intellectual property, content removal, or alleged infringement matters, users may contact Ora Rooms through the official contact details published on the platform.
