Legal Status of Ora Rooms

«Ora Rooms» LLC is the operator of the Ora Rooms online platform and operates as an information and intermediary service, providing users with the technical and organizational means to search for, list, and book accommodation properties.

Ora Rooms is not the owner, landlord, or direct provider of accommodation services in respect of properties listed on the platform, unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular property or service.

The owner of an accommodation property, or a person duly authorized to offer such property, is independently responsible for the accuracy of the information published on the platform, the condition of the property, its actual availability, compliance with the stated characteristics, booking conditions, and the proper provision of accommodation services to the guest in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia and the arrangements agreed between the relevant parties.

As an intermediary platform operator, Ora Rooms provides technical and organizational tools that facilitate interaction between users and persons offering accommodation properties, including the publication of information, property search, booking processing, exchange of necessary information, and the organization of payment processes provided through the platform.

Any fee charged by Ora Rooms constitutes a commission for the intermediary, informational, and technical services provided by the platform and is calculated in accordance with the terms applicable to the relevant booking or user category.

Governing Law

The use of the Ora Rooms platform, bookings made through the platform, intermediary services, and the relationships between the Operator, users, and persons offering accommodation properties shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, unless otherwise expressly provided by applicable law or these Terms.

Mandatory provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia concerning consumer protection shall apply regardless of any individual provision of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting or excluding any rights of a user that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, unless otherwise required by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Language and Prevailing Version

The Ora Rooms Terms of Use, rules, policies, and other legal documents may be provided in Armenian, Russian, and English for the convenience of users.

The Armenian version shall be the primary and legally prevailing version. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or difference in interpretation between the Armenian version and the Russian or English versions, the Armenian version shall prevail.
